Katharine House Hospice raffle FAQs

Where can I purchase raffle tickets?

Who can buy raffle tickets?

Prizes are open to all residents of Great Britain, including Katharine House Hospice’s volunteers and employees. Tickets are not to be sold to or by anyone under 18 years of age. Alcoholic prizes can only be issued to those over 18 years of age.

How much are tickets?

All tickets are £1 each. Our paper raffle tickets are sent out in books of 20.

How can I pay?

If you are playing online, you will need to use a debit card. If you are playing by sending in paper tickets, payments can be made by cheque, cash or debit card.

Can I sell tickets for you?

Of course you can! If you would like more tickets, please call 01295 816484 or email [email protected].

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will be notified by telephone or in writing after Friday 22 November 2025. A list of winning numbers will be published online on the Katharine House Hospice raffle page.

Can I donate my prize back to the hospice?

Yes! If you are feeling incredibly generous and want to donate your prize back to the hospice, you can either send the cheque or prize back to us or give our fundraising team a call on 01295 816484.

How much money goes towards Katharine House?

All the profits from our raffles go directly to Katharine House Hospice (Registered Charity No. 297099).

Our 2024 raffles raised nearly £56,500 in ticket and donation income – thank you so much! We hope that our community will continue to support us through our raffles this year.

By playing our raffle, you are helping us continue to be there for more local people, and their families, when they need us.

What is self-exclusion and how do I do this?

If you feel like you are having problems controlling or managing your gambling and would like to stop playing, then you can ask to be self-excluded. This is a process in which Katharine House can stop your play for a minimum of six months. If you feel like you need to self-exclude, fill in our self-exclusion form or call 01295 816484.
