Volunteer opportunities

Fundraising Group Volunteers

Join our Fundraising Group and help organise fun events and fundraisers in our local community to help raise money for Katharine House Hospice.

The roles

Join our Fundraising Group and help organise fun events and fundraisers in our local community to help raise money for Katharine House Hospice. This is an opportunity to plan and organise various activities, such as coffee mornings, social events (quizzes, bingo sessions, race nights, fashion shows, comedy nights), collections and more!

The group is looking for new members to join and share creative and exiting new ideas together to fundraise and raise awareness for Katharine House Hospice. Being part of a Fundraising Group is a great way to have fun and meet new people while raising money for the hospice. It’s flexible around you too!

This is an informal group where you can spend time together, whether it’s a catch up at a local community venue, a walk, lunch or an evening at the pub. It’s where you can share ideas together to plan for and create future activities and events.

Our Fundraising Group is growing and we would love for you to join us! Be a volunteer member, helper or leader.

“I have had the opportunity to mix with a wide range of people and feel part of the passionate community, which makes Katharine House Hospice so special.” Fundraising Group Volunteer
